How Timeless Africa Safaris is Giving Back

One of the key initiatives we’ve supported this year is our partnership with Uthando South Africa and Feed the Khaltsha. Together, we helped create a sustainable organic garden in Khayelitsha, one of Cape Town’s largest townships. This initiative provides employment for local youth, while also supplying fresh produce to the surrounding community and local restaurants.

Moreover, the garden contributes to the Sibongile Day and Night Care Centre, which supports children with cerebral palsy and other severe disabilities. By helping with both the cultivation of crops and mentoring Feed the Khaltsha’s leadership, we’re fostering a culture of sustainability, community growth, and empowerment. We’ve joined Coats for Cape Town in their mission to provide warmth to the homeless. This amazing organization collects coats, blankets, and other winter necessities to distribute to those in need. By supporting this initiative, we’re not only keeping people warm during the harsh winter months but also promoting a spirit of giving in our community.

In celebration of 22 years of Timeless Africa Safaris, we’re proud to share a special contribution to the Peninsula School Feeding Association of South Africa. To honor this milestone, we’ve donated enough funds to provide meals for 22 children. This donation is a reflection of our long-term commitment to supporting community-driven initiatives that nurture the future of South Africa’s youth.
