The lodge is approximately a two and a half hour drive from Cape Town and transports you into another world, one that is steeped in rich local heritage and awe-inspiring sights. There are over 130 Bushmen rock art sites within the reserve and the lodge offers rock art tours and trips that will give one a fascinating insight into this beautiful art form. The reserve is also home to an array of fauna and flora, including many endangered species and other plains game that can be explored amongst red rock formations, waterfalls and natural springs.
