A Luxurious South African Getaway for Two

Arriving in Cape Town, Eran and Megan made a beeline for Franschhoek, the foodie and wine capital of the Cape. Their expert local guide took them on a full-day private tour of the Cape Winelands, where they explored the history, wine and architecture of the region. Stellenbosch was another superb feature of their tour, with plenty of award-winning wineries to choose from. The couple wrapped up their day with a leisurely stroll before checking into their Deluxe King room at Leeu Estate for a night.

After an early breakfast, the couple was transferred to Cape Town International Airport for their private charter flight to Skukuza Airport, where they were welcomed and transferred via a game drive vehicle to the Lion Sands Ivory Lodge for four nights. Some highlights of their stay included game drives, bush walks, a hippo tour, astronomy and wildlife lectures, bush breakfasts, picnic lunches and bush dinners and a Henna Pre-School visit. Home to the largest concentration of wild animal species in the Southern Hemisphere, the preserved plains of the Sabi Sands and the Kruger National Park hold one of highest concentrations of game per hectare on the planet.

With their final game drive completed, all that was left for the couple to do was enjoy a relaxed breakfast and pack for their return trip home via a private charter flight to Johannesburg in time to catch their return flight home.
